Somebody can say its a loft style but I can say this hotel doesnt keep the Marriott brand. Guests can enjoy an on-site restaurant, a lounge, and breakfast during their stay. We found the room to be very clean and efficient. I had specific sleeping room requests and she accommodated. We hope to make improvements on some of these points in our upcoming guest rooms updates. Im a Marriott Bonvoy member and stay at Marriott hotels most of the time but first time experienced: -the lack of water bottles in the room -clogged sink -non-working sockets near the bed (all of them) -no space for fitting luggage because the room is so tiny Also, you can see on pictures there is only rough finish in the room. Sleeping rooms are decent size for Manhattan, there is good working / desk space, plenty of electrical outlets to plug in all devices, and bathrooms are well lit. There are similar hotels VERSA restaurant features outdoor seating and an 8,000-square-foot terrace with a retractable roof. Buffet breakfast from $26 (19) is served at Rock & Reilly. The room was exceptionally clean and our bed was made every day.

On check out day at 430pm I was in my room with the do not disturb sign on and received a knock on the door. This place did not disappoint. Given the close proximity of popular landmarks, such as Friends Building (2.4 km) and The Metropolitan Museum of Art (3.9 km), guests of Renaissance New York Midtown Hotel can easily experience some of New York City's most well known attractions. Our Club Lounge does operate within the Renaissance Brand Standard, however, like a number of NYC Marriott properties are an exception to the standard of breakfast availability on the weekends.
