I understand that you have constructed the farm within the end, and thus have a separate village cap there, but none the less a second farmer would not really increase efficiency of the farm. In my testing it wasn't efficient to use 2 farmers, for 2 reasons, first is that providing the area is under constant load, 1 farmer should if he is unloading and the farm is extracting the food correctly should be enough to pretty much keep most of the farmland harvested.

By your image, it seems that the villagers do not pick up the food. I think it you give them a lot of bread, they won't make new bread, but I'm not sure. Mine the false crops instead so he cant get the seeds. There are no doors anywhere near them.
